Careers in Offshore Engineering with Red Marine

Red Marine is based in the bustling market town of Hexham in the heart of rural Northumberland. We have a relaxed but professional environment where our teams work together in a supportive manner to deliver challenging projects.

Our primary focus is providing engineering support to Offshore & Subsea Installation Contractors under three key areas of consultancy, equipment supply and specialist equipment testing.

Currently we have vacancies for:

  • Senior Mechanical Design Engineers

    Can demonstrate experience and knowledge of operating at a senior level designing equipment for the offshore installation and construction industry. Candidates would also preferably have a good track record of developing innovative solutions to a range of difficult engineering problems, within tight deadlines and a controlled budget.

  • Mechanical Design Engineers

    Ideally with background in the offshore industry - must be competent at developing designs, calculations and have a good level of CAD ability.

    Ideally familiar with AutoCAD, Inventor and MathCAD packages.

    Engineers will be expected to develop simple and practical solutions in a range of engineering situations.
